All Segal electrodes are made in the USA with the highest quality components to allow low resistance, to dissipate heat rapidly, and long life. SEGAL is made of stainless steel, and is re-sterilizable by any method; gas, heat or chemical. (We also have a similar disposable version, the 26200.) Smooth exterior finish, specially treated to minimize the "pores" in the metal. Computer-assisted design creates a pointed, but not a sharp, electrode tip.
